Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are one-time transactions and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once purchased, credits are immediately added to your account and can be used at any time. Credits do not expire.
2. Pro Plan Subscriptions
You can cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time through your profile page or by contacting us at support@stackresource.space.
Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Log in to your StackResource account
- Navigate to your Profile page
- Click on "Manage Subscription" or contact support
- Follow the cancellation instructions
4. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscriptions and remove all your data from our servers. This action is irreversible.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users in advance. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the changes.
